How much does a conference room AV system cost?+
By room size: huddle rooms run $4,000 to $12,000, small rooms $5,000 to $20,000, medium rooms $10,000 to $35,000, large rooms $16,000 to $55,000, and boardrooms with video walls $100,000 to $150,000. The spread inside each range is the tier: laptop driven Essential at the low end, fully automated Standard in the middle, premium Pro at the top. Budget level numbers, confirmed with a site survey.

We build both. The right answer is almost always the platform your organization already runs day to day. Either way the room gets a native one touch join experience, and guests joining from the other platform still connect without drama.
Who actually performs the installation?+
Every project is designed and engineered locally by CCS Pacific Northwest, delivered with vetted install partners working under our supervision, and backed by CCS national support across 22 locations. You get one point of accountability from first sketch through years of service.
How long does a conference room project take?+
A typical single room runs four to eight weeks from approved budget to working room: design and engineering first, then equipment lead times, then one to three days onsite per room. Multi room projects are phased so your teams always have somewhere to meet.
Can we spread the cost instead of paying upfront?+
Yes. Most rooms can be financed over 60 months, which puts a standard huddle room around $185 a month and a standard medium conference room around $415 a month. Useful when rooms need to come from operating budget rather than capital.
